Abstract

This study carried out in the national police, allows through a qualitative methodology to identify the common problems of the operational police service, where by knowing the means that favor the role of technology, science in promoting decision-making, a first finding is given in the adaptive capacity of the police system, in correspondence with institutional and country goals , but with the advent of covid the proportionality of growth of the police force is identified, as not only are skills generated in training but also represents an element of technological application, with the advent of social cybernetics, begins by appropriated new systemic models of care.
