This first issue shows the work of the Fundación Universitaria del Espinal FUNDES in its editorial and selection process by reviewing works that address issues related to police education, its development and innovation in training areas. It calls for the revision of methodological processes in the learning of new languages and exposes relevant results for the academic community. The journal seeks to be an academic reference for the community and also establishes the importance of socializing research results from the region.
