Abstract
The following document is based on the analysis of primary, secondary and tertiary sources available for the issue of human rights, a direct element based on decision-making is related to analysis III quarter 2021 procedure 1IP-PR-0006 monitoring of alleged behaviors that violate rights human rights, when monitoring cases of alleged anomalies or human rights violations according to the report on human rights complaints and processes 3 quarter 2021, trends and risk factors are identified for the National Police where behavior is impacted , by relying on official sources from the Attorney General's Office, the Internal Affairs Office of the General Inspectorate and service areas.
